The room was spacious and fresh, and I loved the complimentary snacks waiting for me upon arrival. The breakfast was a good spread, with local pastries.

The lack of sufficient charging ports and the somewhat limited lobby space were drawbacks. If you're planning to work remotely, be prepared to find alternate spaces outside the hotel.

Choose double room with devices. Great and perfect location, only a short distance to everywhere. Very easy to get from Humberto Delgado airport, just 10 km.

Really spacious room! They left me a welcome gift of snacks, which hit the spot after a long flight. Staff were super attentive-had my requests handled like it was nothin'. Breakfast? A feast with fresh pastries and fruits. Location is prime, tons of cute spots nearby for some solid eats. Loved it!

the breakfast food including milk and toast was good. the most important was the staff - nice and exceptional people. the location was favourable, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from largo da estefania. it also was in a quiet neighborhood.

The rooms are brand-new with nice bathrooms and have a nice interior. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet...

The hotel impressed me with its really good cleanliness and comfortable rooms. I particularly loved the breakfast variety with delicious pastries and local specialties. Especially Ana and Afonso, offered warm hospitality. I did encounter issues with the small bathroom layout was nice, and the air conditioning had cold fluctuations at times. The location was quite convenient for exploring the city, though noise levels from the adjacent rooms could be a concern during busy hours.

The staff promptly assisted with my laundry needs.

Bathroom size felt cramped, with a glass sliding door that lit up the entire room!!! Noise levels from adjacent rooms were disruptive!!! The air conditioning had fluctuations that required constant adjustment!!!

Loved how clean everything was! Staff was super friendly, checked in on me often, and the breakfast spread was amazing-freshly squeezed juices and local treats made my mornings special. Really enjoyed having complimentary water in the room!

I loved how the hotel had fresh flowers in every corner, and their complimentary drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. I felt so welcomed when they even dropped my bags to my room after check-in!

The staff showed really good warmth particularly when our son got sick they called a doctor right to the hotel which was beyond helpful.

It wasn't inexpensive but for what you get it's reasonable.

The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport and only a short stroll to the city center. The breakfast spread was really good, with a variety of tasty options. The room was comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The shower had fantastic water pressure.
